Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PTL Multi-AI V2 handles information when a user connects Google services to the application.
1. Information the application may access
Only after Google authorization, PTL Multi-AI V2 may access data necessary for the enabled features, including:
- Google Drive: file metadata and file content needed to search and read relevant files; the application may create a text or Markdown file when the user explicitly confirms that supported action.
- Gmail: message metadata, snippets, and message content needed to search or read mail; the application may create drafts or send messages only through supported user-confirmed actions.
- Google Calendar: calendar event information needed to list events; the application may create events only through a supported user-confirmed action.
- Google Contacts / People API: names, email addresses, phone numbers, and organization information used to search and resolve contacts. Contact access is read-only.
- Google account identity: basic account email information used in the OAuth authorization flow.
2. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide functionality the authorized user requests inside PTL Multi-AI V2. It is not used for advertising, ad targeting, creditworthiness, sale, or unrelated profiling.
3. Disclosure and transfer
PTL Multi-AI V2 does not sell Google user data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers only as necessary to fulfill a user-requested feature and subject to the application's configured controls. The application does not make connected Google data publicly available.
4. Storage and retention
Credentials required for server-side OAuth are stored as protected secrets in the application's deployment environment. The application may persist bounded application records needed for project/chat functionality. Google content is not intentionally copied into this public website. Users can revoke Google authorization at any time through their Google Account security settings.
5. Security
The application uses HTTPS, protected deployment secrets, bounded connector operations, and a confirmation step for supported external write actions. No system can guarantee absolute security, but access is designed to be limited to the permissions and functions required by the application.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
PTL Multi-AI V2's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Your choices
You may decline authorization, revoke previously granted Google access, or stop using connected features. Revoking authorization prevents future API access once existing tokens are invalidated by Google.
8. Public website
The public site at oauth.petertradinglab.com contains informational pages only. It does not require sign-in and does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or Google account data.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when application capabilities or privacy practices materially change. The revision date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
10. Contact
Privacy or support questions may be sent using the support contact displayed on the Google OAuth consent screen for PTL Multi-AI V2.
